• A large CNC machine that shapes aerospace panels — wing skins, fuselage panels, and stiffened structural panels.
• Computer-controlled nozzles shape each part the same way every time — consistent results, batch after batch.
• Meets aerospace forming standards, with full data records for every part.
The machine shapes large, thin metal panels without any dies, heavy presses, or heat. It blasts one side of the panel with fine steel media, which makes that surface expand slightly and the panel curve into the shape you need. A moving overhead arm carries the nozzles across the panel, and each pass is precisely controlled and recorded.
