Best KOSHIN Microsphere Peening Machine Manufacturers, Products

• 0.02-0.05mm, 0.05-0.1mm, 0.1-0.3mm microspheres particle with high hardness (≥1000 HV)

• Densely overlapping micro-dimples improve fatigue and wear life without coarsening the surface; ideal pre-treatment for PVD / DLC coatings.

• Recipe-driven from a PLC; enclosed cabinet with cartridge dust collection and full cycle traceability.

The KOSHIN Microsphere Peening Machine treats parts with very fine spherical media (typically 20–200 µm glass or ceramic microspheres) driven at high velocity. The fine media produce a dense field of shallow, overlapping micro-dimples that raise near-surface compressive residual stress while keeping — or even improving — the surface finish. Compared with conventional shot peening, the affected layer is thinner but the peak compressive stress is high and the surface stays smooth, which makes the process well suited to cutting tools, dies, gears, and precision components, and to surface conditioning before or after hard coatings. Pressure, dwell, nozzle stand-off, and turntable index are recalled per part number from the PLC.
